Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a written booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services.
Payment Policy
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
- Bookings made close to the departure date generally require full payment at the time of booking.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of any deposit paid.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change before your booking is confirmed due to fluctuations in supplier costs, taxes, or exchange rates. Once your booking is confirmed, any changes to the price will only be made where permitted under your booking terms and applicable UK consumer law.

Hotel and Tour Services
